Workshops

At Theatre Ninety Nine, we run immersive Drama-based curriculum led School Workshops – which are designed to bring History topics to life, whilst also supporting oracy, confidence, and pupil engagement and enrichment through structured, interactive Drama led activities.

Our topics include: The Tudors, WWII, Children’s Lives Through the Ages and from September: Anglo-Saxons and Egyptians.

Local Junior schools we’ve worked with have found them particularly effective for the launch of a new topic, describing the workshops as “incredibly immersive and thoughtfully planned”. These workshops provide a memorable and enriching learning experience without the hassle of planning a trip as we come straight to you!

Testimonials

“We were absolutely blown away by the World War II workshop delivered to our Year 6 pupils. The experience was incredibly immersive and thoughtfully planned, with every child fully engaged from start to finish. It aligned beautifully with the National Curriculum and provided the perfect launch to our WWII topic. The impact has already been seen in the high-quality writing produced by the children, particularly in their evacuee narratives. I couldn’t recommend this experience highly enough.”
